My Weight Goal

So far this year has turned out to be a little rocky, and I got sick this first week of 2011.  I feel better than I did earlier in the week and haven't stayed on top of my workout goals so far.  However, I am back on track today and am going to "workout" by playing basketball. This is my favorite kind of workout because I don't think about it being a "workout." I truly enjoy it!


I have decided that my weigh in day will be Wednesday.  So I officially have a number that I am not trying to shrink. I would like to lose overall about 30 pounds,but for now I am taking one week at a time.  I feel that even a pound a week would be a good step into the right direction and a healthier lifestyle.

Third Time is a Charm

Yes, it is true. I have tried to maintain this blog two different times and have failed miserably at both.  However, the idea of blogging is so enticing to me that I must give it another GO!  You might be thinking that I'm a horrible teacher since my usage of the word "weight" is way off.  Well, let me tell you it was done on purpose.  Like many people in America, I am not happy with my weight and am always trying to lose some pounds. As for the" exhale", my husband says I need to learn to relax. He thinks I'm would too tight and "take a deep breath" is a common phrase I hear.  I agree. I'm also always waiting to exhale because I am always sucking it in, so I guess it works in two ways.  Hopefully the third time is the charm. Wish me luck!
